Data Deletion Instructions

If you’d like Margo to delete your data — including any data accessed through an Instagram or Facebook account you connected — you can request this at any time.

How to request deletion

Email hey@thatmarketingclub.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request.” Let us know if you want your entire Margo account deleted, or just the data connected via Instagram/Facebook.

What gets deleted

Once we confirm your request, we’ll permanently delete your Instagram connection (including any stored access token) and any Instagram performance data we’d pulled in — typically within 30 days. If you request full account deletion, we’ll also remove your brand guide, content pieces, and account details from Margo.
